Smoking Ban in Dartford

As from 1st July 2007, it shall be an offence to smoke in public places.

As a result of this, smoking on our premises shall not be permitted in any form. However, users of the premises shall be allowed to smoke outside the front of the building, each person wishing to do this shall have to leave their drinks inside the premises.

Please note this ban on smoking in public areas is Government legislation, and failing to comply with this shall be an offence liable to prosecution.
