Womens Fitness Class in Dartford Kent

At our function hall we host keep fitness and martial arts classes.  At present the ladies keep fit class runs on a Wednesday evening from 6.30 pm for approx 60 minuites.  As well as being fun and energetic this class covers a vast range of basic exercises for women of all ages. 

Having spoken to some of the women attending the classes, we have had an overwhelming positive response. 

No form of experience is required, just brng a cold drink for yourself and prepare to keep fit in a fun filled 60 minuites work out.

The current charges for each session are £5.00   (prices are correct at this time but are liable to change without any notice being given), j ust incase prices have changed please ring Miranda before poping down to the class.
